The ADA rule that city and township public websites must work for people with disabilities. What Title II is judges the public pages and public PDFs, not a toolbar. ActaPack is a dated file the website vendor did not write, plus tickets they can run in the CMS. $8,400 a year. We do not certify compliance.
What AudioEye sells
CivicPlus resells AudioEye Managed on many city sites: a script on the live page, a toolbar, a dashboard, and often a certificate. Public small-entity quotes we have on file sit in the $2,500–$4,650 per domain band. Sources.
What it does not replace
A widget is not WCAG of the content (28 CFR 35.200). The same company that hosts the website is marking that website. There is no independent monthly file for council, and no third-party ticket list that says what to change in the pages themselves.
