Read the city’s accessibility tickets over MCP
Answer
MCP means Model Context Protocol. It is how the website vendor’s tools read this city’s accessibility tickets. ADA Title II is the rule that city and township public websites must work for people with disabilities. Each month we look at public pages and public PDFs and write those tickets. The vendor’s tools read the same tickets. We do not stamp conformance.
Source
The tickets are the ones already in the monthly file. Two reads: a list of open tickets, and one ticket with the fix steps. The vendor files the work in their own tracker or mailbox. Turning this on does not start another look.
This month
On a paid file, open Account and turn on MCP. Copy the note and send it to the website vendor. What a Title II file is. How much we check automatically. How the vendor connects.
