Independent Title II file if you use Pope Tech

Answer

If you need a specialist dashboard of page issues, Pope Tech already won that job. ActaPack is the monthly file a clerk attaches for council and the tickets they forward. $8,400 a year. We do not certify compliance.

What Pope Tech sells

Pope Tech’s public list starts at $25 a month for a 50-page tier, with higher tiers from $225 and $400 a month. Scheduled reports, unlimited users in-tier, optional PDF add-on. That is a page report, not a council packet. Sources.

What it does not replace

Their report is for people who already speak accessibility criteria. It does not name the city’s Title II date by population band, filter public PDFs the way 28 CFR 35.201 does, or write CivicPlus (or other) steps a clerk forwards unedited.

This month

Keep Pope Tech if the web team lives in that dashboard. Add ActaPack if council needs a dated file and a work list for the website vendor this month. See what is in the pack. Price.

Price stays $8,400/year. We are not a cheaper page-tier product. Other comparisons.
