Who it is not
Not a signed stamp. Not a widget.
We do not sign a letter that says the site meets the federal standard. We send a dated file you can keep, and tickets your website vendor can work through so the pages get closer to that standard.
The Justice Department and most municipal leagues already publish a free The ADA rule that city and township public websites must work for people with disabilities. What Title II is plan. We do not replace that. We run the monthly file so the clerk does not have to become the program.
Hospitals and private stores sit under a different part of the ADA. This program is for city, town, and township public websites.
If a vendor sold you a toolbar that sits on top of the page, that is not how Title II judges the content. A widget does not count. If you already pay for another product.
